To set up your account:

  1. Share general practice information, such as name, address, phone number, physician names, et cetera.
  2. Use a valid credit card to pay for submitted patient accounts. To secure all your transactions, we use VeriSign.
  3. Fax or email a copy of a current state medical license from any one physician in your practice to MD-COLLECT. Please fax to: (336) 761-8852. This is required information.
  4. Once your medical license has been received, your practice will be activated and you can submit accounts.

    Until we receive a valid state medical license from your practice, you may enter accounts into a pending list that can be submitted later and you can explore all areas of the MD-COLLECT application website. You will be unable to submit any pending accounts for collections until your account is activated.

  5. Begin submitting accounts for collection.
